Print Options

Use the Wiring Diagrams print option to generate a printout that provides details about the selected device, including a diagram of its connection ports.

Use the IP Link® device(s) worksheet print option to generate a Microsoft® Excel® worksheet that contains configuration information for each device on your A/V network.

Print > Wiring Diagrams

Select the Wiring Diagrams print option to generate a printout that provides details about the selected device, including a diagram of its connection ports.

  1. Under the File menu, scroll to the Print option and select Wiring Diagrams.

The Print Wiring Diagrams dialog box  opens.

  1. Select a device or multiple devices.

  2. Click the Print button.

 

A Microsoft Word file is generated and displays the following device information:

  • Model

  • MAC address

  • Part Number

  • E-mail Server

  • IP address

  • Subnet

  • Gateway

  • E-mail Domain

  • A connection diagram

 

  1. Print or save the file as needed.

Print > IP Link device(s) worksheet

Use this option to generate a Microsoft Excel worksheet (example shown below) that contains the following information for each device on your A/V network:

  • Location

  • Static IP

  • Subnet mask

  • Gateway

  • DNS name / Unit name

  • MAC address

  • Firmware

  • Unit Type

  • Install Date

  • Notes

  1. From the File menu, scroll to the Print option and select IP Link device(s) worksheet.

The Print Work Sheet dialog box opens.

  1. Make the desired column selections.

  2. Click the Print button.

 

The IP Link worksheet also includes a second page titled Driver Info that prints a listing of all device drivers currently in use in the Global Configurator project file.

To view the listing, click the Driver Info tab at the bottom of the worksheet.
