Project Settings

Use the Project Settings dialog box to set all of the default values for the fields of the Add Device dialog box.

Example

If you enter a default admin password in the Project Settings dialog box, it appears in the Admin Password field of the Add Device dialog box.

If you leave the Default Admin Password field blank in the Project Settings dialog box, the Admin Password field is also blank when you open the Add Device dialog box.

Project Settings

To open the Projects Settings dialog box:

1. From the Edit menu, select Project Settings.

The Project Settings dialog box opens with the following options under the IP tab:

Next Assigned IP Address

Update Default IP Address with Last IP Address Entered

Assign Default IP

Default Connection Telnet Port

Default Connection Web Port

Default Admin Password

Default User Password

Date/Time Settings

GlobalViewer® host

Default Download Setting on Add Device Dialog

GlobalViewer® Network Speed

Use the Skins tab (3) and Available Skins drop-down list (4) to select the look and feel of the GlobalViewer interface.

Steel Gauges
