Global Configurator Prerequisites

Book 1 includes:

  • System Requirements Describes the hardware and software required to run Global Configurator.

  • Device Firmware Requirements Provides a listing of the minimum and recommended device firmware requirements for all Extron IP Link® products when running Global Configurator.  Also provided are instructions for downloading new device firmware from the Extron Web site.

  • Preparing Devices for a Network Connection Describes three ways to set the communications parameters for an IP Link product which prepares the device for addition to an audio/visual network.
