Media-Dist to Distribute Inline, Inc. Products In Switzerland

Anaheim, California (August 16, 2002) – Andrew C. Edwards, President and Chief Executive Officer of Extron Electronics, Chairman of the board of Inline Inc. announced today that as part of the combination of operations of the these well known computer-video interfacing companies announced earlier today, MediaDist A.G. will be appointed to distribute Inline products throughout Switzerland as of November 1, 2002. MediaDist is located in Kehrsatz, Switzerland and is the current distributor of Extron products for Switzerland. As Extron's distributor for Switzerland, MediaDist will provide sales and support for Inline products in addition to Extron products.

"MediaDist has provided excellent support for Extron products in the Switzerland area," explained Edwards. "They have the knowledge and infrastructure to handle the Inline product line and continue to develop and support the Extron line as well." Opening up the Inline product line to MediaDist will position them as a one-stop source for interfacing, switching and distribution solutions.
