1. Provide an HDMI twisted pair receiver that shall support the distribution of video, USB data, audio, and control over a shielded CAT 6A cable
   1. Rack-mountable receiver for the extension of HDMI, audio, and control
   2. Video input requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) RJ-45 for connection to an Extron DTP3-enabled product
   3. Video output requirements
      1. Shall provide one (1) HDMI output for digital video signals with or without embedded audio
         1. Supported HDMI 2.0b specifications include data rates up to 18 Gbps, Deep Color up to 12-bit, 3D, and HD lossless audio formats
      2. Shall support uncompressed computer and video resolutions up to 4K/60 at 4:4:4 chroma sampling
      3. Shall support RGB and YCbCr digital video formats
   4. USB 2.0 connection requirements
      1. Shall provide two (2) USB Type A connectors on the rear panel for peripheral devices
         1. Provide 5 Volts, 500 mA on each port to power a peripheral device
         2. Provide the capability to charge a peripheral device that is connected to a hub port
      2. Shall support USB 2.0, 1.1, or 1.0 devices
      3. Shall support USB 3.0 devices that can operate at USB 2.0 rates
      4. Shall support data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps
      5. Shall support bulk, control, interrupt, and isochronous data transfer types
   5. USB HID connection requirements
      1. Shall provide two (2) USB Type A connectors on the rear panel for peripheral devices
         1. Provide 5 Volts, 100 mA on each port to power a peripheral device
         2. Provide the capability to power a peripheral device that is connected to a USB HID port
      2. Shall support USB HID devices or smart card readers
      3. Shall support data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps
   6. Audio output requirements
      1. Shall support embedded digital audio on HDMI output
      2. Shall support multiple embedded audio formats
      3. Shall support embedded HD lossless audio formats
      4. Shall provide a dedicated analog audio output connection
         1. Shall provide analog stereo audio de-embedding
         2. One (1) five-pole captive screw connector for analog stereo audio
   7. Transmission requirements
      1. Shall provide signal transmission distance capability of 330 feet (100 meters) for all supported video resolutions using a shielded CAT 6A cable
   8. HDCP requirements
      1. Shall be HDCP 2.3 compliant with backward compatibility for earlier HDCP versions
      2. Shall support human-readable visual confirmation of HDCP compliance when encrypted content is routed to a non-compliant display
   9. Control/Remote – RS-232 pass-through over shielded CAT 6A requirements
      1. Shall provide connection for AV device control
         1. One (1) 3-pole captive screw: RS-232 pass-through over DTP
   10. Power requirements
       1. Shall accept local power
       2. Shall provide a DIP switch on rear panel for selection to provide power to a connected DTP3 transmitter
   11. General requirements
       1. Shall include a USB-C configuration port on the front panel for data access and firmware updates
       2. Shall be compatible with CAT 6A shielded twisted pair cable, and Extron XTP DTP 22 shielded twisted pair cable
       3. Shall have a 1U high, half rack width metal enclosure
       4. Shall provide versatile mounting capability
       5. Shall provide visual indication of RJ-45 signal and link status for DTP port
       6. Shall provide visual indication for signal presence, power, and link status on front panel
       7. Shall provide Extron LockIt® HDMI cable lacing brackets
       8. Shall support the use of HDMI to DVI-D cables or adapters for DVI-D signals
       9. Shall meet regulatory compliances
          1. CE, c-UL, UL
          2. CE, C-tick, FCC Class A, ICES, VCCI
          3. Appropriate requirements of RoHS and WEEE
       10. Shall provide at least three (3) years parts and labor warranty
