The Extron HSA 822MS Drilling Template is available to help users or AV integrators to install the Hideaway® HSA 822MS Surface Matching, Motorized, Vertical Lifting HSA Hideaway Surface Access Enclosure into a table once the opening has been cut by a licensed or bonded craftsperson.
The HSA 822MS has eight screw holes around the outer mounting trim for securing the HSA to the underside of the table. All hardware is provided with the HSA. The HSA 822MS Drilling Template is a steel plate with a black finish that is placed in the tabletop opening for the HSA to assist in the correct positioning and drilling of the mounting screw holes. The Drilling Guide is positioned on the underside of the mounting surface enabling the HSA 822MS to be mounted from underneath the surface. Installers should refer to Chapter 2, Page 4 of the Installation and Maintenance Manual that ships with the HSA 822MS for additional details.
